Cycling to freedom:
Exercise promotes cardio health, plus over 100 ways to quit smoking or

Jump on your bicycle. How long has it
been? Do the tubes need to be replaced, and the chain oiled? If so, go
to the store and get whatever you need. Smoking cigarettes negatively
effects your cardiovascular health. Riding a bicycle is a good part of
cardiovascular rehabilitation.
Humans exercise (work) on a few key elements:
Food, Water, Air, and Rest.Take one of these key elements out of the solution,
you have a problem. Smoking tobacco takes a key element out of the picture.
AIR. Riding a bicycle will show you this in one quick mile.
Exercise is a great way to gauge your
strength. It takes time and energy to get back into shape. Eat a healthy
diet, quit tobacco, sleep right.
Be careful starting a new sport, you may
want to consult with a doctor first. You may feel sick at first, especially
if you have been smoking, your lungs will burn, you will feel shortness
of breath, even nausea. Drink plenty of water, before, during and after,
your ride. Be sure to wear the proper protective clothing, helmet, and
gloves.
